Fall Extravaganza Fundraiser
September 19, 2008

On Friday September 19, 2008, The Casey Foundation will be holding its first annual Fall Extravaganza fundraiser evening at the Hungarian Club, 1925 McAra St., Regina, SK. This evening will combine a delicious turkey buffet with a silent auction and the musical entertainment of local musicians Ben Winoski, Ray Eberle, Grant Bastedo, Brandi Young, Rene Dumont and a special guest appearance by Canada’s own, Valdy. Tuesday Oct 1/07

Thank you to all our supporters of the recent steak night fundraiser held Tuesday Oct 1/07. It was a sell out raising over $1700. Fantastic!

This event will further receive $500 in a matching grant thanks to the assistance of Faithlife Financial. We very much appreciate their partnership in this evening.

To date the Casey Foundation has assisted 55 children with over $32,000 in financial. We thank everyone who has supported us in The Casey Foundation mission to enrich the lives of children and their families living with autism in Saskatchewan.

This fundraiser on March 31, 2007 will be a fantastic event, not only to raise funds,
but creating more awareness about the Foundation as well. Our intention is to have this event annually on the last weekend of March.

Thank you to all who supported the Poverino's Pasta Night held October 19th, 2006.

We wish to extend our appreciation to Kirby at Poverino's for a wonderful event put on with his fantastic staff supporting us. The Pasta Night saw 110 people enjoy an evening of great food and fun.

Our 50/50 draw raised $157.50 for The Casey Foundation and was won by Jerry Stefanyshyn who took home the same amount. Our five door prizes were donated by Traci Kashuba at Kindred Spirits Redesign and Alexis Leippi with Mary Kay Skin Care. The lucky winners were:

2. Darren Ruecker - Domain men's products
3. Mary McNaughton - Beauty Mirror and travel manicure set

A huge thank you to thecarwash.ca's located at 1170 N. Stockton Street (across the street from Rochdale Superstore) for inviting to us to share in their Grand Opening, held September 9, 2006. The Casey Foundation received all the proceeds for the vehicles washed during our organizations allotted time. We also raised funds by having the new Autism Awareness lapel pins for sale.

To everyone who brought your dirty vehicles.......Thank you! WE APPRECIATE YOUR SUPPORT !! And to all the volunteers who showed up to assist in a multitude of ways,... your effort made our day a success in raising over $450.00 !!!

THE 2ND CASEY FOUNDATION STEAK NIGHT FUNDRAISER

Thank you to nearly 100 people who attended the 2nd Steak Night Fundraiser held April 30th at the Tomas Cook Restaurant. Your support made it another great success for The Casey Foundation.

THE 1ST CASEY FOUNDATION STEAK NIGHT FUNDRAISER

The 1st steak night fundraiser held April 2/06 at the Tomas Cook restaurant on south Albert Street was a great success! A total of 149 people attended and there was positive feedback re: the quality of the food and speed of service. Thank you to Soula and the great staff at Tomas Cook!!

* Thanks to everyone who participated in the 50/50 draw which raised $286.00. Sheila Purser of Regina was the winner of $143.00
